Tenon seeks to find independent sales representatives for SaaS, Cloud, and Enterprise Software sales to clients across the globe. Sales representatives will work directly with Tenon’s co-founders to offer solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Tenon.io receives over 130 qualified inbound sales leads per month from users all over the globe. We receive over 4000 distinct demo visits to our sites per month. We need an active sales force to effectively follow up with those leads to generate sales. You will work directly with the co-founders to help meet customer needs and grow our business.
We offer extremely generous commission and extensive support throughout the sales process. You must offer a willingness to provide excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Effective, efficient, and timely follow-up to inbound leads
- Increase the sales pipeline, including qualifying existing prospect and outbound calling.
- Engage and follow-up with established leads, as well as seek out and develop new relationships
- Proactively provide a thorough understanding of the company’s products, plans, and services
- Educate clients about the benefits of our solutions in order to drive new business
- Create a superior prospect experience that sets the stage for future sales by navigating to key decision-makers, identify needs, generate interest, qualify, and close
Qualifications
- Ability to explain complex topics in a way that is understandable to non-experts
- Must be able to sell; prospect, qualify, pursue, close, address objections and understand our solutions offerings and value proposition
- Ability to learn quickly and provide detailed solution information to prospects and clients
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
